Data Privacy Directive

DOCUMENT_REF: PRIV-DIR-V2
NETWORK_NODE: gohost.org
LAST_REVISION: February 2026

This document governs the processing and retention of network telemetry and metadata flowing through the gohost.org message transfer infrastructure.

1. Scope of Data Processing

As a core infrastructure provider, our systems operate at the transport layer. We temporarily process the following metadata strictly for the purpose of message routing, delivery validation, and network security:

2. Data Retention Policy

System logs and network telemetry are maintained in volatile storage for a strict period of 30 days to facilitate troubleshooting and automated Feedback Loop (FBL) processing. After 30 days, logs are irrevocably purged via automated lifecycle policies.

3. Security & Compliance

We do not aggregate, sell, or analyze payload data for marketing purposes. All network nodes are configured to enforce TLS 1.2/1.3 to ensure data-in-transit is cryptographically secured against interception.
