Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

The gohost.org infrastructure strictly prohibits the transmission of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding network abuse.

1. Consent & Acquisition

All traffic routed through our gateways must be destined for recipients who have provided verifiable, explicit opt-in consent. The use of purchased, scraped, or appended lists will result in immediate route termination and blackholing of the tenant account.

2. Message Integrity & Opt-Out Requirements

Senders utilizing our transport layer must ensure:

• Accurate, non-misleading routing information and subject lines.
• Inclusion of a valid physical postal address.
• A conspicuous, functional unsubscribe mechanism that is honored immediately and remains operational for no less than 30 days.

3. Complaint Thresholds

We actively monitor Feedback Loops (FBLs) and Junk Mail Reporting Programs (JMRP). Accounts generating a complaint rate exceeding 0.1% are subject to automated suspension pending manual review by our deliverability operations team.
